LAGOS TRAIN/BUS ACCIDENT; CORPS MEMBER BURIED AMIDST TEARS BY IFEOMA OKPALA

It was all tears and sorrow as the body of the 28 years old National Youth Service Corps member, Oreoluwa Aina was laid to rest today at the Atan cemetery .

The late Oreoluwa who until her death, was serving with the Lagos State Ministry of Education ,Alausa, was one of the six people who died in March 15th Lagos train /bus accident at Shogunle area of the state .

Family members, friends and Lagos State Government delegation present at the burial wailed uncontrollable as the casket bearing the remains of the deceased was lowered to the grave .

The government delegation was led by the Commissioner for Education, Folasade Adefisayo.

Present also was the NYSC State Coordinator , Yetunde Badarinwa.

Meanwhile, the State’s Commissioner for Health, Professor Akin Abayomi said 53 out of the injured victims of the train accident have been treated and discharged from various health facilities in the state.
