Accreditation and voting started in most of the polling units at about 9 am.
Voter aparty characterized the early morning process while it is expected that more people would later turn up before the end of the exercise.
At most of the polling units visited, while accreditation was ongoing, the voters were not more than 10 or 15 voters that were on the ground to cast their vote.
In terms of security, there was tight security as military men were seen manning strategic spots.
