Valentine: NiMet alerts on rise in temperature

As Nigerians prepare to celebrate the Valentine day, the Nigerian Meteorological Agency has given forecast on a rise in temperature across some states in Nigeria.
According to the forecast, areas that will have temperature greater than 35°C and less than 40°C, and greater than 40°C.
In a statement the NiMet spokesman Muntari Ibrahim, says, parts of Kebbi, Niger, Kwara, FCT, Imo, Plateau, Adamawa, Taraba and Benue are expected to experience temperatures greater than 40°C.
Most parts of the north except Kano are expected to experience temperatures greater than 35°C and less than 40°C.
The statement also says, the entire inland of the south and most parts of the coastal states except Lagos are expected to be in the same temperature range.
