Ikeja and Eko electricity distribution companies, IKEDC and EKDC, have announced that the Transmission Company of Nigeria ,TCN , will carry out scheduled maintenance on the Omotosho–Ikeja West 330 kilo-volt kV transmission line.
The maintenance exercise is expected to run from July twenty eight to August twenty one, 2025, between eight o’clock in the morning and five o’clock in the evening daily.
In separate notices issued to their customers via their social media handles, the DisCos said the planned TCN outage will lead to intermittent power supply and load shedding across their respective network areas.
Ikeja Electric and Eko DisCo said the outage is necessary to allow for the safe execution of maintenance work on the power line and apologised for any resulting inconvenience.
