The build-up to the National Youth Games 2025 has ramped up with organisers outlining activities prior to the competition.
According to the National Sports Commission NSC, the Games will bring together the best young talents from across the Nigeria to compete for honours.
Facilities and venues for the event have passed all inspection tests conducted by various organising committees.
Registration for the Games will take place from 16 to 20 August 2025, while zonal elimination is scheduled between 16 and 18, same month.
The Pre-DRM will follow on August 19 and 20, with the DRM holding from 21 to 24 August.
The main tournament will then run from 26 August to 6 September 2025 in Delta State.
