National Assembly Clears Natasha Akpoti’s Office for Plenary Return

The National Assembly has unsealed the office of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, located in Suite 2.05 of the Senate Wing.

The office was reopened today by the Deputy Director of the Sergeant-at-Arms, Mr Alabi Adedeji, clearing the way for the Kogi Central Senator to return to the Red Chamber when plenary resumes on the seventh of October, this year.

The embattled lawmaker was in March slammed with a six-month suspension by the Senate, which also barred her from participating in all activities of the 10th Senate over her alleged misconduct when she protested against the reassignment of her seat by Senate President Godswill Akpabio on February 20 this year.
