Make Solutions has hosted a one-day intensive training aimed at equipping broadcasters with practical skills to harness monitoring service reports for improved broadcast inflow and operational efficiency.
The session, held at the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) Ikoyi, Lagos brought together staff from Bond FM, Radio One, and Metro FM.
Participants were introduced to strategies for tracking adverts, identifying missing spots, and strengthening collaboration across marketing, compliance, IT, and executive units.
Speaking at the event, One of the facilitators and CEO of Make Solutions, Mr. Michael Ohiri explained that the initiative was designed to help broadcasters maximize monitoring reports for better accountability and synergy in their organizations.
Executive coach and facilitator, Mrs. Nwamaka Ohiri, also addressed the attendees, stressing the role of mindset in professional growth. She encouraged broadcasters to embrace self-awareness, continuous learning, and resilience as drivers of success.
The training further explored concepts such as the Energy Quadrant and the power of gratitude in daily operations, reinforcing both technical and personal development.
