The President of the Centre for Values Re-orientation and Attitudinal Change (CFAC), Dr. Raphael Ayua, has said that the 2025 edition of the centre’s flagship Human Capital Re-orientation Conference will spark a new wave of transformational drive across the continent.
Ayua stated this in a press release on Monday to announce the fourth edition of CFAC’s Human Capital Development Conference.
CFAC is a non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to promoting positive values, leadership development, attitudinal transformation, and human capital growth across Africa.
Through its annual conferences, training programmes, and community engagements, the organization continues to inspire transformation, empower leaders, and build a value-driven society.
The 2025 edition of the conference is scheduled to hold on Friday at the Los Angeles Event Centre, Abuja, with the theme “Unleashing Audacity: Building Bold Businesses in Africa.”
According to the statement signed by Dr. Ayua, the event, which has evolved from a national dialogue into a continental movement, will feature a masterclass to be handled by renowned business strategist Mr. Vusi Thembekwayo.
He added that the conference will include business scaling panels with top African CEOs and brand leaders, as well as mindset re-engineering sessions led by behavioural change experts.
Other highlights include the MRC Pitch Contest, Nigeria’s boldest business pitch competition alongside investor meet-ups, networking sessions, and an elite gala and awards dinner night to celebrate outstanding individuals and brands.
The event will also witness the launch of The New School of Scale initiative, designed to promote business empowerment and provide post-conference mentorship.
Describing the programme as “pro-life,” Ayua said it brings together audacious thinkers, entrepreneurs, executives, and policymakers to reshape business thinking, access opportunities, and build the Africa of the future.
The conference will also feature the presentation of awards to notable individuals for their contributions to societal development.
The awardees include Dr. Joe Enobong, Corporate Excellence in Logistics and Supply Chain Award; Dr. Roselne Adedoyin Amangbo, Bold Female Investor Award; Adnan Adeosun, Bold Hospitality and Tourism Investor Award; Ezekiel Abel Tariah, Bold Business Leader Award; Chizaram Amarauche Chukwu, Global Impact Award in Healthcare and Transformational Impact; and Dr. Chigoze Ekedozie Chukwun, Inspirational Global Education Award.
