The Lagos State Government assured that anyone found culpable of negligence or professional misconduct would be dealt with in line with existing laws.

Members of the public have been urged to remain calm and avoid speculation while the investigation is ongoing.

The statement reaffirmed the state’s commitment to safeguarding lives and improving oversight of medical practice.
