Nigerians have been advised to imbibe the culture of keeping fit through regular physical exercises including road walks, jogging, and simple aerobics as these have a lot of benefits on their well-being.
The Founder of Energetic Fitness Club and General Over seerer of Christ Consciousness Church of God, Prophet Victor Ilorin gave the advice at the National Stadium in Lagos, during his conferment as the “” Face Of Living Hero, Sports And Aerobics 2024″” by Life Value Awareness and Leadership Secure Initiative” a non govermenal organization.
Prophet Ilorin who emphasized on the need for Nigerians to get more informed about health and fitness as well as consult their doctors on the physical exçercises that are suitable for their health advised that prayers for good health should also be backed up with a healthy life style.
“” I feel so excited today and a huge surprise for my efforts to be recognized. I found Energetic health and fitness club many years ago 22 years ago and I have branches at Osborne and 1004 in ikoyi. But the Christ Consciousness Church of God was found three years ago. My advice to people is for them to be educated about health and fitness. They should use the Internet to research for information about health and fitness. Prayers alone cannot keep someone fit physical exçercises are also needed to stay healthy ”…. Mr Ilorin said..
Earlier, the Founder of the Life Value Awareness and Leadership Secure Initiative” the convener of the award, Mr Oladipo Aberuagba said it was important to honour living legends who impact meaningfully on both physical and spiritual well-being of Nigerians.
“” We heard about the giant stride of prophet Ilorin popularity known as Coach Victor. We decided to give him the award because of what he is doing in the area of health, his patient, gentleness, love and positive impact on people. It is really a living legend award well deserved “”…. He said the award was well deserved because the Energetic health and fitness club has voluntarily impacted positively on Nigerians.
