The Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) today joined millions across the country in celebrating Children’s Day with a vibrant lineup of events aimed at honouring Nigerian children and highlighting their importance to the nation’s future.
At the Lagos Operations compound Ikoyi, the celebrations featured dancing competitions, educational games, quiz contests, and interactive sessions.
Parents, educators, and community leaders also took part in the events, which aimed to encourage creativity, learning, and unity among children.

Special children’s radio programmes are being aired throughout the day, giving kids the opportunity to express themselves and share their aspirations on air.
