Following the successful conduct of the July 12, 2025 local government elections across Lagos State, Hon. Bukola Adedeji has officially received her Certificate of Return as the newly elected Chairman of Bariga Local Council Development Area (LCDA).
The certificate presentation ceremony, held at the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) headquarters, also included her Vice Chairman, Hon. Babatunde Adesida, and the eight elected councilors of Bariga LCDA receive their certificates alongside other newly elected officials from across the state.

This formal recognition by LASIEC affirms Hon. Adedeji’s mandate to lead Bariga LCDA for the next four years and marks the beginning of a new administrative chapter for her community.
Her emergence reflects the will of the people and the strength of grassroots democracy in Lagos.
Hon. Adedeji expressed deep appreciation to the residents of Bariga for their trust and support, with a pledge to deliver inclusive governance, infrastructural development, and youth-focused initiatives.
She emphasized open door policy and collaboration with her vice chairman, councilors, and other community stakeholders to ensure that Bariga LCDA thrives under her leadership.
