Newly admitted students of Lagos State University, LASU, are expected to begin registration today, September 15, 2025, following the release of the institution’s approved academic calendar for the 2025/2026 session.
The calendar, which outlines key academic activities, semester schedules, and official breaks, was approved by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, on behalf of the Senate after the Committee of Provost, Deans, and Directors made its recommendations last week.
According to the schedule published on LASU’s official X account, registration for new students will run from September 15 to October 3, while returning students are to resume from October 6.
Lectures for both fresh and returning students will run until December 19, 2025, when the university will embark on its end-of-year break.
