In the spirit of the season, a Non Governmental Organisation, Cares Global Network is giving back to the society through empowerment of the less privileged under its outreach project tagged Anne Cares.

The outreach project is aimed at providing essential care and support to children in homeless situation in Arepo area of Ogun State.
During the outreach, members of the NGO, Graceful Women Ministry, Prayer Channel for Nigeria and a team of dedicated volunteers will gather to offer hair cutting and hair styling services to boys and girls who are resident under and by the bridge in Arepo Ogun state.

According to the Team lead, Dr. Omolola Omoteso, team will also distribute hygiene kits containing combs, hair cream, and other essentials to the children, with feature of nutritious meals, photo shoot and counselling session, focusing on self-esteem, evangelism, empowerment, education and hygiene.
“We believe that every child deserves to feel valued and loved”, said Dr. Omolola Omoteso who instituted the project over seven years ago while residing in Arepo and seeing the deplorable state the children live in.
“Our goal is to show the love of Jesus Christ to the children and their parents so they can experience experience undiluted kindness, compassion and care.”
“We used to give them mostly fairly used things when the Holy Spirit led us to the wisdom that giving newer and new things will preach love better and soften the hearts of the children who are yet to be reach by government welfare and social amenities” Dr Omoteso said.
The collaborative mission is sponsored by Cares Global Network, Ibiyemi Foundation for Education and Walk With Widows Initiative.
As the outreach is scheduled to hold next Monday, Dr Omoteso, encouraged the public to take advantage of the outreach to support the less privileged in the society.
