A creative group under the banner of the Epe Musical and Creative Talent Group has hailed 10 Dollar Entertainment for its remarkable contributions to discovering and nurturing young talents while promoting excellence in music, culture, and the creative arts across Lagos and beyond.
The group’s president, Mr. Doyin Morgan, gave the commendation in an interview in Epe, where he praised the entertainment outfit for consistently projecting Epe’s image through its vibrant music shows, cultural performances, and youth development programmes.
Morgan described 10 Dollar Entertainment as a driving force behind Epe’s growing recognition in Nigeria’s entertainment landscape, noting that its regular live shows have become an important platform for discovering and mentoring emerging artists.“
10 Dollar Entertainment has opened Epe Division to national and international audiences, showcasing the incredible creative energy of our young people,” Morgan said.
He noted that the organisation’s commitment to creative growth has helped several Epe-born artists gain visibility and access to opportunities in the wider entertainment industry.
Highlighting the 2025 Kayokayo Festival, Morgan said performances by 10 Dollar Entertainment’s acts, alongside Fuji star Sule Alao Malaika, thrilled audiences and added colour to the cultural celebration.
He also commended the brand for hosting numerous high-quality shows at notable venues including Epe Recreation Centre, Epe Resort, Airport Hotel, and Eko Hotel, describing them as “energetic, creative, and culturally inspiring.”
According to Morgan, 10 Dollar Entertainment’s fusion of Afrobeat, hip-hop, pop, Eyo-pop, and fashion has helped redefine the Lagos entertainment scene, blending modern creativity with traditional culture.
“Their performances are not just about music, they are about culture, energy, and youth expression,” he added.
Morgan further acknowledged the brand’s impact in mentoring over 10,000 upcoming artists nationwide, mentioning successful acts like Queen Stephire and Iboy MP as examples of talents shaped under the platform.
He described 10 Dollar Otedola, the founder of the brand, as a visionary artist, producer, and show promoter whose two-decade career continues to inspire young creatives to pursue their dreams.“
10 Dollar Otedola has become a symbol of hope and resilience for aspiring musicians across Nigeria,” Morgan said.
He called on both government and private investors to partner with 10 Dollar Entertainment, noting that such collaborations could strengthen youth empowerment, job creation, and cultural tourism in Lagos and across the country.
