The Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA) has entered into a Long-Term Strategic Framework Agreement (LSFA) with the Global Cooperation Promotion Research Centre (GCPRC) to drive sustainable road infrastructure development in Nigeria.
The deal, signed at FERMA’s Abuja headquarters over the weekend, cements collaboration between both organisations.
GCPRC, an international think tank established in Nigeria in February 2025 under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, focuses on fostering global cooperation, strengthening South-South partnerships, and enhancing the China–Nigeria strategic relationship.
