NACCIMA Appoints Oladotun to Strengthen Nigeria -China Trade Relations

The Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) has appointed Mr. Zakirudeen Oladotun as its China Relations Executive, a strategic move aimed at deepening Nigeria-China trade and economic cooperation.

The appointment, conveyed in a letter signed by NACCIMA Director-General Olusola Obadimu, acknowledges Oladotun’s outstanding contributions to the chamber’s successful participation at the 138th Canton Fair in Guangzhou, China.

Obadimu commended his pivotal role in organising the NACCIMA Business Forum held on the sidelines of the international trade event, noting that the Nigerian delegation recorded significant visibility and valuable connections.

Oladotun, an entrepreneur and business leader with more than two decades of multisector experience, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Trends Group of Companies.

A trained architect and seasoned planning professional, he also chairs the Kwara State chapter of the Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (NASME).

He has built strong networks across several countries, particularly China, where he maintains active relationships with key public- and private-sector stakeholders—an asset NACCIMA says will further strengthen its bilateral engagements.
