Two hundred and thirty (230) new cases of Covid-19 infection have been reported in the Country
The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, announced the new infections in its daily Covid-19 update.
The fresh cases were reported in 14 States with Lagos recording 115 cases, Gombe -29, FCT -24, Imo -20, Rivers -10, Ondo-9, Kano-5, Abia-4, Kaduna-4, while Oyo also recorded 4 cases.
Two new infections were reported in Kebbi and Ogun States, while Borno and Jigawa States recorded one new cases each, bringing the total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in the country to 251,571 out of which 225,280 have recovered and 3,117 deaths recorded.
