Opebi-Mende-Ojota Link Bridge to be Ready Q2 2024, says Sanwo-Olu

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu says the Opebi-Mende-Ojota link bridge will be ready for use by the end of the second quarter of next year.  Governor Sanwo-Olu gave the assurance when he inspected the level of work at the Odo Iya Alaro site of the bridge.

He expressed satisfaction with the extent of work done by the contractor, saying the bridge would further solve traffic problems in the axis and improve the state’s economy.

Governor Sanwo-Olu noted that the project conceived over a year ago, is about sixty-five percent completion, and would provide an alternative route for motorists plying Toyin, Allen, Opebi to access Ojota and its environs, while also decongesting traffic on Kudirat Abiola Way and Mobolaji Bank Anthony.
