The Chairman of Badagry Local Government, Mr. Babatunde Hunpe, has congratulated Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi on his unanimous re-election as Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Lagos State chapter.
Hunpe described Ojelabi’s well-deserved return to office as a clear reflection of the confidence and trust that party leaders, stakeholders, and members across the state continue to repose in his leadership.

Meanwhile, Hunpe also extended his warm congratulations to Mrs. Damilola Sonayon James on her election as Assistant Woman Leader of the APC in Lagos State.
He described her emergence as a testament to her dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment to grassroots mobilisation and the advancement of women within the progressive family.
Hunpe noted that her passion, energy, and sense of service embody the ideals of inclusive leadership that the APC continues to promote.
The council boss expressed confidence that her new responsibility will further strengthen the participation and influence of women in the party while deepening the bonds of unity and collective purpose that define the progressive movement in Lagos State.
