The ongoing road reconstruction along the Sagamu-Interchange axis has led to a gridlock with motorists stuck on the highway.
The gridlock extends towards the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway and the Abeokuta–Kobape–Siun–Sagamu (PMB) Expressway.
Motorists and travellers are strongly advised to consider the following alternative routes, Lagos–Abeokuta Expressway, Abeokuta–Siun–Ofada route to link Mowe–Sagamu–Ikorodu Road and Siun–Ogere Road
Those already caught in the traffic are urged to be patience and cautious.
Officers from the Police, and the FRSC are currently on-site managing the situation to ease movement and ensure safety.
