Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan has died at the age of 71, TMZ Sports reports.
Emergency medics were reportedly dispatched to the WWE legend’s Clearwater, Florida home early Thursday morning following a call related to cardiac arrest.
Just weeks ago, Hogan’s wife, Sky, had publicly denied rumors that he was in a coma, insisting that his heart remained “strong” as he continued to recover from recent surgeries.

He was the commissioner for Real American Freestyle, and was signed to WWE as a brand ambassador.
Known for his flamboyance and massive physique, and his trademark blond horseshoe moustache and bandanas, Hogan was widely regarded as the most recognized wrestling star worldwide, the most popular wrestler of the 1980s and one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time.
