The Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) has lauded the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for attaining an impressive 75.3 percent score in its recently concluded Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) evaluation.
Presenting the report to the Director General of Civil Aviation, Captain Chris Najomo, in Abuja, the BPSR Director General, Dr. Dasuki Arabi, praised the NCAA’s strong management systems and institutional excellence.
He reaffirmed the Bureau’s commitment to partnering with the Authority to drive continuous improvement and enhance service delivery in the aviation sector.
In his response, Captain Najomo described the assessment as a validation of the NCAA’s dedication to transparency, accountability, and consistent performance enhancement.
The presentation ceremony was attended by NCAA Directors, General Managers, and officials of the BPSR.By
