Engineering Society Seals Deal on AI-Driven Skill Development

The Nigerian Society of Engineers has entered into a landmark partnership with People Capital Global LLC, a leading technology solutions firm, aimed at strengthening the professional development and capacity of Nigerian engineers.

The agreement will provide members of the society with access to PCG’s WES-Online platform, a multilingual and AI-powered learning tool.

In a statement , the NSE says, this is designed to accelerate skills in emerging sectors, improve workplace readiness, and expand opportunities for career growth.

It added, that, by leveraging the platform’s advanced features, engineers are expected to enhance their employability, build cross-industry experience, and remain competitive in a fast-changing global market.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the President of the NSE, Mr. Margaret Oguntala, with the society’s Executive Secretary, Mr. Abubakar Halilu Mu’azu, standing as witness.

Representing PCG was its Founder and Managing Partner, Mr. Roti Balogun, who formalized the deal alongside Atim Amana.

The collaboration the NSE emphasized, is its commitment to equipping its members with cutting-edge resources at a time when digital transformation is redefining industries worldwide.

Officials say the initiative marks a decisive step in preparing Nigerian engineers to thrive in a technology-driven workforce and to continue leading innovation across the profession.
