The Managing Director, Nigeria Airspace Management Agency NAMA, Mr. Ahmed Farouk says, the Federal Government has approved the immediate overhaul and modernization of the country’s airspace communication architecture.
He said, with this approval, the communication architecture of Nigerian airspace would be broadened, addressing the prevalent issues of poor communication between pilots and air traffic controllers.
Mr. Farouk in a statement by the Director, Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Mr. Abdullahi Musa, reassured the public of NAMA’s unwavering commitment to optimal performance, with a focus on benefiting the Nigerian community.
On the recently signed performance bond at the induction of newly appointed Chief executives of government aviation agencies, he pledged NAMA’ s dedication to surpassing expectations, tackling challenges, and aligning with the Aviation Minister’s and President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope initiative and agenda.
