An early-morning incident at approximately 7:15 a.m. caused significant traffic disruption along the Ojodu Berger axis on Monday.
The accident occurred directly in front of the Fatgbems Filling Station, inward Secretariat, when a truck carrying a container filled with raw coffee lost its load in the middle of the expressway.
No other vehicles were involved.
Emergency responders arrived promptly, and a forklift operator has been contacted to assist with clearing the container.
Officials report no casualties, and evacuation efforts are still ongoing.
The spill has resulted in a considerable traffic backlog stretching from Kara to OPIC, as traffic personnel remain on ground managing the situation.
