For the country to be a better place to live, Christians must up their game in evangelism to win more souls for God.

This was the core message of the Sure foundation Zonal Area Pastor, Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Solomon Abioye, during an official visit to Abundant Grace Parish in Eyita, Ikorodu.

Pastor Abioye who noted that evangelism is the heartbeat of God, urged Christians to convert unbelievers through their good behaviors to be an ambassador of Jesus Christ.

The Cleric who was accompanied by his wife, appealed to those at the helms of affairs to prioritise the welfare of the masses and encourage the spread of the Gospel through people oriented policies and laws to encourage evangelism.

“Government needs to be lenient with Churches, Pentecostal churches by reducing taxes and levies to enable them spread their tentacles for gospel preaching because bad behaviors thrives if there is no evangelism, hence the need for government to encourage churches to do more to win souls for God.”

Pastor Abioye of Lagos Province 107, prayed for the congregation to have landmark achievements and blessings in the year 2025 as prayers were also offered for the nation’s economy restoration for the masses to enjoy dividends of democracy.

The highpoint of the Zonal Pastor’s visit was the presentation of award plaque to the Abundant Grace Parish as the second position in recognition of its outstanding performance in Tithe growth rate.
