RCCG Cleric Declares Peace upon Nigeria, says Insecurity soon to be over

Christians have been admonished to serve God with diligence and loyalty to enable them to benefit the spiritual and physical gifts needed for growth.

Pastor Joseph Idowu who is in charge of the Redeemed Christian Church of God House fellowship and Church Growth, made the call during his August visit to the Abundant Grace parish in Eyita Ikorodu on Sunday, 23rd November, 2005.

Pastor Idowu who was accompanied on the visit by Rock of Ages Area Parish Pastor under Province LP 107, Pastor Oyebola Adeleye, encouraged the congregation to be more prayerful with a call on youths to avoid all forms of social vices capable of jeopardizing their future.

He advised Nigerians to be more security conscious and avoid unnecessary travels due to the rising spate of insecurity.

“We represent our daddy GO, everywhere we go, whenever you want to go out, Always tell people your whereabouts, don’t go out in isolation” he said

No matter how the devil tries, there will be peace in Nigeria and we will continue to pray for our nation”

The Cleric prophesied peace upon Nigeria noting that the security challenges would soon be a thing of the past, urging Nigerians to be the change agent for the rebranding of the country among the comity of nation.

Our Correspondent reports that the congregation prayed fervently for those at the helm of affairs to find a lasting solution to security and economic challenges in the country.
