Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has called on Nigerians to remain confident that the challenges facing the country today will ultimately pave the way for a brighter future.
The Governor made the remarks at a prayer session held in Alausa, Ikeja, to commemorate Nigeria’s 65th Independence anniversary.
He was represented at the event by his Deputy, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat.Sanwo-Olu noted that the nation continues to grapple with economic pressures, security concerns, and the need for inclusive growth, all of which test its resilience.
He urged citizens to focus on optimism and hope for a better Nigeria rather than amplifying negativity to the global community.
