Lagos State government has arraigned one Moses Joseph before a Special Offences Court for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a minor.
According to the charge against him, the defendant, Joseph on the 17th September, 2020, at about 11:00p.m at 25, Kadiri Street, Alausa, Ikeja Lagos State within the Ikeja Judicial Division indulged in the act of indecent treatment of the girl (names withheld) by putting his finger in her vagina and making her suck his penis.
He however pleaded not guilty to a two-count charge levelled against him.
Upon his plea, the State counsel, Mrs Yetunde Alebiosu asked for a trial to enable the prosecutor proof the case against him.
Subsequently, the trial judge, Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo adjourned trial till November, 9, 2021.
