President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will today depart Abuja for a state visit to the Republic of Turkey aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between both countries.
The visit will focus on security, trade and investment, education, innovation and aviation, with both nations expected to hold high-level political and diplomatic engagements.
Several memoranda of understanding covering areas such as energy, scientific research, media, technical and military cooperation are also expected to be signed.
President Tinubu will be accompanied by senior government officials and is expected to return to the country at the conclusion of the visit.
