President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has marked his birthday with a call for national unity, opting for a subdued celebration in recognition of Nigeria’s current economic challenges.

He noted that recent progress had experienced temporary setbacks due to global economic volatility linked to the ongoing Middle East crisis, but maintained that the sacrifices made by Nigerians were not in vain.
